I was referred to JT Automotive 6 years ago and I love the place. No other place I'll take my car to get fixed. They've always done excellent work rather it's an oil change, transmission or the ware and tear of parts. The work is done in a timely fashion. Most of all, I've compared prices on the work that needed to be done, and JT Automotive price was always lower. Please people, stop paying high prices for incompetent alley mechanics. I recently got into an accident, and JT Automotive came through for me again and they got my car running! Pictures speak for itself. Money well spent, on a good job with excellent services. They were very flexible with my schedule. I appreciate their honesty about my flat tire and not being able to fix it for me. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because ultimately they couldn't fix my issue and I had to go to a different auto shop. I would use them again in the future!
As always, my service at JT Automotive was excellent. Although it was last minute (because I had a screw in my tire), they were willing to help me out. Polite and welcoming.
Really reasonable and friendly! Got a coolant flush/brake fluid flush and they were done within 3 hours. Tom was super nice.
I have been in Baltimore for almost ten years ago, I wish I had found this shop at the beginning. These guys are honest (they will show you the part they replaced and explain exactly what they did), they offer fair pricing ($500 less than Mr Tire for my last job), they are relentless in chasing down the problem, and they do excellent work. I will not go anywhere else from now on!
